22nd Annual Kids 1st Health Fair | Miguel Juarez Middle School, Waukegan | August 6, 2014, 9am - 7 pm

The Kids 1st Health Fair, sponsored by the Lake County Health Department, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and the United Way of Lake County, will offer school physicals, immunizations and dental checks to prepare eligibile low-income Lake County children to return to school this fall. Other services that support healthy children returning to school will be available, too. All services are free.

Miguel Juarez Middle School is located at 201 N. Butrick Street, Waukegan and parking is available behind the school.

Do you speak another language? Do you like to help others? Do you want a flexible work schedule?

The Language Access Resource Center, a program of the DuPage Federation on Human Services Reform, working with The Alliance for Human Services will offer a training series for individuals who want to become Trained Interpreters begining in September 2014. After completing this training series, you will:

  • Learn what it means to be a Trained Interpreter
  • Review the application process & requirements
  • Hear about a rewarding and flexible career

Do Need Information About Passports?

The Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court's office has passport applications and information on obtaining or renewing a passport. Passport applications are processed at the Clerk of the Cicuit Court's office Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

The office is located at the Lake County Building, 18 N. County St., Waukegan, IL 60085 and the telephone number is 847.377.3380. Click here for more infomation in Spanish and English.

Lake County Circuit Clerk Public Access System is Now Live!

The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court is responsible for maintaining a record of all traffic, civil, criminal and juvenile cases filed and heard in Lake County. These records are now available online to the general public. The Circuit Clerk's office collects and disburses traffic and criminal fines, civil fees, child support and processes passport applications. Office staff is also responsible for recording filed documents and attending court for the purposes of maintaining a record of all proceedings.

The Coalición Latinos Unidos de Lake County was among the 2013 Reflejos Excellence Award winners.
