The Kids 1st Health Fair, sponsored by the Lake County Health Department, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and the United Way of Lake County, will offer school physicals, immunizations and dental checks to prepare eligibile low-income Lake County children to return to school this fall. Other services that support healthy children returning to school will be available, too. All services are free.
Miguel Juarez Middle School is located at 201 N. Butrick Street, Waukegan and parking is available behind the school.

The Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court's office has passport applications and information on obtaining or renewing a passport. Passport applications are processed at the Clerk of the Cicuit Court's office Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court is responsible for maintaining a record of all traffic, civil, criminal and juvenile cases filed and heard in Lake County. These records are now available online to the general public. The Circuit Clerk's office collects and disburses traffic and criminal fines, civil fees, child support and processes passport applications.
