The National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society is sponsoring a focus group on the needs of Hispanic/Latino individuals and families affected by MS on December 8, 2014 at 5:30 pm at the Waukegan Public Library. Share your experinces and opinions about life with MS to help the National Multiple Sclerosis Society provide education on MS and better serve the Hispanic/Latino community.

The Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court's office has passport applications and information on obtaining or renewing a passport. Passport applications are processed at the Clerk of the Cicuit Court's office Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court is responsible for maintaining a record of all traffic, civil, criminal and juvenile cases filed and heard in Lake County. These records are now available online to the general public. The Circuit Clerk's office collects and disburses traffic and criminal fines, civil fees, child support and processes passport applications.
