The Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation (ILLCF) annual conference, The Future Starts Now, will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont, Illinois on Friday, November 20, 2015.

The Lake County Forest Preserves will offer FREE snowmobile training on Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 8 am to 5 pm for anyone 11 years old and up at Operations & Public Safety facility, 19808 W. Grand Ave., Linenhurst. After completion of training and successfully completing the final examination, participants will receive a State of Illinois Certficate of Competency.

The Lake County Clerk is currently recruiting election workers for 2016 and are encouraging bilingual judges to apply. Election judges must be registered voters. Anyone interested in becoming an Election Judge can call the Lake County Clerk's office at 847-377-2408 or go to ElectionJudge.info to get more information.

The Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court's office has passport applications and information on obtaining or renewing a passport. Passport applications are processed at the Clerk of the Cicuit Court's office Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court is responsible for maintaining a record of all traffic, civil, criminal and juvenile cases filed and heard in Lake County. These records are now available online to the general public. The Circuit Clerk's office collects and disburses traffic and criminal fines, civil fees, child support and processes passport applications.
