Every day here at United Way individuals call for help. Individuals all over our community are still struggling. How can our community come together to help our neighbors in need? As you probably know, Lake County, Illinois offers high-quality community resources for a broad spectrum of concerns. However, the very people who could most benefit from these resources often do not know they even exist or how to find them.
In order to address this community need, United Way of Lake County publishes a print guide of health and human services called Find Help Lake County. United Way also manages an online searchable database www.findhelplakecounty.org which enables residents to easily identify available local resources, empowering them to meet their needs as well as the needs of their family.
